This course will specifically demonstrate the "HOW TO" for assisting participants to move using tools such as transfer belts, hoists and slings, slide sheets, and transfer boards. Upon completing this course, you will be able to: State what Manual Handling is and identify relevant legislation. Explain how organizations and employees use risk management tools to manage hazardous manual handling tasks. Explain the benefits of a collaborative approach to risk management.
